Delete account

Permanently delete your MyHealthVaultAI account and associated health record.

Signed-in users can delete an account from the mobile app Settings screen or through the secure web portal. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open MyHealthVaultAI and sign in.
2. Open Care, then Settings.
3. Select Permanently delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Delete from the web portal

1. Sign in to the secure portal.
2. Open the account menu.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

• MyHealthVaultAI authentication account
• Patient profile and synchronized health record
• Medication, dose, appointment, visit, task, and document records
• Stored visit recordings and related uploads
• Caregiver invitations and account relationships associated with the account

Limited backup, fraud-prevention, security, or legally required records may remain for the period required to protect the service or comply with law.

Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in the applicable store account.
